Much thanks to John and All,
We most sincerely appreciate your fast and courteous response to our home’s water and plumbing problems – today as well as twice before the past year.

We especially find your crew leader John a most superb professional in your business.  He has been not only knowledgeable, informative, and helpful; but he is patient, understanding and even comforting with the numerous matters that have affected our house and property.

As a former teacher and newsman, I have bombarded John with probably every aspect of our water and plumbing concerns with non-stop questioning, and he has responded with tremendous listening skills and a knack of explaining clearly in detail so my queries and anxieties would be answered and calmed.

Thanks again for a job well done.  In today’s fast-paced life-style for most of us, it is indeed refreshing to be serviced by individuals as John, and your firm as whole.

We certainly will not hesitate to recommend your outstanding company to others.  (Actually we don’t want to see John for some time, but will call when necessary.)

My compliments to you on your fine employee John Vandercar.  He answered all my questions while installing my new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater.  Sorry to learn of his toothache.
